Accommodation Services

If you are an individual with a disability who is in need of a reader, qualified sign language interpreter, or any form of auxiliary aid, or service to attend or participate in the hearing of a meeting, please contact the Public Services Department. This should be done at least 1 week prior to the meeting.

Public documents, including the agenda and minutes can be provided in various accessible formats. Please contact the Public Services Administrative Assistant if a summary or other types of accessible formats are needed.
