Access to Chaves County Clerk's records is available through Tyler Web. Documents, including copies of Marriage Licenses, can be purchased using a credit card through the Self Service Tyler Web. To obtain a document image without redacted data, please request the document through Tyler Web and include a phone number. A staff member will call to verify protected information.

Searching Tips

In the Either Name field, enter last name, a blank space, and then the first name with no punctuation. For example: Doe Jane S

Searching formats:

• Document/Instrument Number: December 2, 2019 - Current
• Book/Page Number: July 1, 1987 – November 27, 2019

Please note certain document types with recording dates after December 2, 2019 continue with the Book and Page number format i.e. Marriage Licenses, Commission Minutes, Plats/Surveys.

Your query results will consist of the document index and document image.

To purchase an image, add the desired document to your cart, input payment information, and document will be available for print.

Document copy fees are $0.50/page.
